Human Fibronectin ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this is a Sandwich ELISA kit built on a double-antibody format for the quantitative measurement of fibronectin in human samples. The assay uses a colorimetric detection method and is validated for serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid sample types. Reported sensitivity is 0.938 ng/mL across a working range of 1.563–100 ng/mL. The kit is intended for research applications where dependable, reproducible quantification of fibronectin is required.

Components are shipped for storage at 2–8°C and remain stable for up to 12 months. Linearity has been demonstrated across dilution: serum samples recover at approximately 91–104% (1:2), 87–103% (1:4), and 87–98% (1:8); EDTA plasma at 85–97%, 82–101%, and 82–98%; and heparin plasma at 81–99%, 85–98%, and 85–95%. Spike-and-recovery testing shows average recovery of 96% for serum, 91% for EDTA plasma, and 98% for heparin plasma, with individual values falling within an 85–104% range.

The workflow runs from reagent and plate equilibration through a 90-minute primary incubation at 37°C, 60-minute biotinylated detection antibody binding, 30-minute HRP-streptavidin (SABC) binding, 10–20 minutes of TMB color development in the dark, and absorbance reading at 450 nm after stop solution. Dedicated sample preparation guidance is provided for serum, plasma, tissue homogenate, cell culture supernatant, and cell lysate.
