Human Fibroblast Growth Factor Receptor 4 (FGFR4) ELISA Kit

A quantitative solid-phase ELISA from Assay Genie for measuring human Fibroblast Growth Factor Receptor 4 (FGFR4) protein in prepared research samples. FGFR4 is a transmembrane receptor tyrosine kinase best known for mediating FGF19-driven signaling in hepatocytes, regulating bile-acid homeostasis, glucose and lipid metabolism, and hepatic regeneration. Aberrant FGFR4 expression and pathway activity are recurrent features of hepatocellular carcinoma and have been reported in subsets of breast, lung, and colorectal tumors, so the receptor is widely studied in oncology and metabolic disease research. The 96-assay microplate format is suitable for profiling receptor levels across cell-culture lysates, primary tissue extracts, and xenograft samples, and the kit can be deployed to compare tumor versus matched normal tissue, monitor pathway changes after FGF19 stimulation, or evaluate responses to candidate kinase inhibitors in vitro.
