Human Fibroblast growth factor 10 (FGF10) ELISA Kit

The Assay Genie Human Fibroblast Growth Factor 10 (FGF10) ELISA Kit is a sandwich-format immunoassay developed for the accurate quantification of FGF10 levels in human samples and is intended for research use only. The kit is reactive against human FGF10, also referred to as Keratinocyte growth factor 2, and has been validated for use with serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids, showing specificity for both natural and recombinant human FGF10.

Reported performance characteristics include a detection range of 15.6-1000pg/mL, a sensitivity of 5.6pg/mL, an intra-assay CV of 6.8% and an inter-assay CV of 9.3%. Recovery in serum averages 100% (range 94-106%) and in plasma averages 102% (range 96-108%). FGF10 is a secreted heparin-binding growth factor that interacts with FGFR1, FGFR2 and FGFBP1, and plays an important role in embryonic development, cell proliferation, cell differentiation, normal branching morphogenesis, and wound healing.
