Human Fibrinogen gamma chain ELISA Kit

Performance characteristics include a sensitivity of 0.281 ng/mL and a working range of 0.469-30 ng/mL. The procedure involves equilibrating reagents to room temperature, incubating at 37°C for 90 minutes for primary antigen binding, 60 minutes with biotin-labeled detection antibody, and 30 minutes with HRP-Streptavidin (SABC). TMB substrate is added for color development in the dark over 10-20 minutes, followed by stop solution and absorbance reading at 450 nm. Recovery in EDTA plasma averages 92% (range 86-102%) and in heparin plasma averages 98% (range 91-102%).
