The Assay Genie Human FIBP ELISA Kit supports quantitative measurement of FGF1 intracellular binding protein (FIBP), a cytoplasmic binding partner of acidic fibroblast growth factor implicated in FGF signaling, mitogenic response, and angiogenesis research.

The plate-based workflow uses paired capture and detection antibodies specific to human FIBP. The kit includes a pre-coated microplate, lyophilized standards, detection antibody concentrate, wash buffer, substrate solution, and stop reagent sufficient for 96 determinations.
