Human FGFR3/CD333/FGF Receptor 3 ELISA Kit

Designed for the quantitative measurement of human Fibroblast Growth Factor Receptor 3 (FGFR3, also known as CD333), this Sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie uses a double-antibody format with colorimetric detection. The assay is reactive with human samples, including serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples.

The kit demonstrates strong linearity across dilutions of 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8, with serum (n = 5) values of 87–98%, 91–99%, and 86–105%; EDTA plasma (n = 5) values of 87–100%, 90–97%, and 82–100%; and heparin plasma (n = 5) values of 80–90%, 81–98%, and 83–100%. Recovery ranges are 90–104% (serum, average 99%), 89–100% (EDTA plasma, average 93%), and 89–102% (heparin plasma, average 96%). Unopened kits are stored at 2–8°C for 12 months.

FGFR3 is a key receptor involved in cell growth, differentiation, and tissue repair, with dysregulation linked to certain cancers, skeletal dysplasias, and developmental disorders, making the kit relevant to cell death research. The workflow includes a 90-minute primary incubation at 37°C, a 60-minute detection antibody binding step, a 30-minute HRP-Streptavidin incubation, TMB color development in the dark for 10–20 minutes, and absorbance reading at 450 nm after stop solution addition.
