FGFR1OP, also known as FOP or TRIP11, is a centrosomal leucine-rich repeat protein that participates in the t(8;13)(p11;q12) translocation associated with 8p11 myeloproliferative syndrome. This translocation produces a constitutively active FGFR1 fusion kinase implicated in eosinophilic myeloproliferative disease and stem cell leukemia/lymphoma. Assay Genie's quantitative immunoassay enables researchers to monitor circulating FGFR1OP levels across a detection range of 0.156–10 ng/mL in serum or plasma samples, supporting studies on FGFR1 fusion-driven leukemias, centrosome duplication, and microtubule organization.
