Assay Genie offers a colorimetric Sandwich ELISA Kit for the detection of Human FGFR1 (Fibroblast Growth Factor Receptor 1). Intended for research use only, the assay measures the target analyte in serum, blood, plasma, cell culture supernatant, and other related biological fluids and tissues.

Key performance specifications include a sensitivity of 0.10 ng/mL and a detection range of 0.16–10 ng/mL. The kit shows no significant cross-reactivity or interference between Human FGFR1 and analogues. The procedure relies on a microplate pre-coated with a specific capture antibody; standards or samples are added, followed by a biotinylated detection antibody and an Avidin–HRP conjugate. After washing, substrate solution is added and the enzymatic reaction is terminated with stop solution, producing a measurable colour change. Optical density is read at 450 nm ± 2 nm and the analyte concentration is calculated by comparison with a standard curve.
