Human FGFR1 ELISA Kit

Recovery ranges span 85-105% with an average of 96% in serum, 85-105% with an average of 97% in EDTA plasma, and 85-100% with an average of 95% in heparin plasma. The kit is intended for research use within the Epigenetics and Nuclear Signaling area, where FGFR1 dysregulation is of interest in cancer, developmental disorders, and metabolic diseases.

Reagents should be stored at 2-8 degrees C for 12 months. The assay procedure involves equilibrating reagents and TMB substrate to room temperature, a primary incubation at 37 degrees C for 90 minutes, biotin-labeled detection antibody binding for 60 minutes, HRP-Streptavidin (SABC) binding for 30 minutes, TMB color development in the dark for 10 to 20 minutes, and absorbance measurement at 450 nm after addition of stop solution.
