Human FGFBP1 ELISA Kit

A Sandwich ELISA, Double Antibody assay from Assay Genie designed for the quantitative detection of human FGFBP1 (Fibroblast Growth Factor-Binding Protein 1), a protein involved in the regulation of fibroblast growth factor (FGF) signaling relevant to cell growth, differentiation, and tissue repair. Detection is colorimetric: TMB substrate is developed in the dark for 10-20 minutes, followed by stop solution and absorbance reading at 450 nm. The procedure includes primary incubation at 37°C for 90 minutes, detection antibody binding for 60 minutes, and HRP-Streptavidin binding for 30 minutes.
