Human FGF9 ELISA Kit

This Sandwich ELISA Kit from Assay Genie is designed to accurately measure levels of Fibroblast Growth Factor 9 (FGF9) in human samples, including serum, plasma, cell culture supernatants, cell or tissue lysates, and other liquid samples. Built as a double-antibody sandwich assay with colorimetric detection, it provides a measuring range of 62.5–4000 pg/mL and a sensitivity of 37.5 pg/mL, supporting precise and consistent quantification across a variety of research applications.

FGF9 is a key growth factor involved in cell growth, tissue repair and development, and its dysregulation has been implicated in cancer, skeletal disorders and reproductive issues, making it a valuable marker for studying these conditions and for the development of targeted treatments. The kit is supplied with a dismountable ELISA microplate, lyophilized standard, biotin-labeled detection antibody, HRP-Streptavidin conjugate, TMB substrate, sample and antibody dilution buffers, SABC dilution buffer, stop solution, wash buffer, plate sealers and a technical manual. All components are stored at 2–8°C, with the standard also suitable for longer-term storage at –20°C, and absorbance is read at 450 nm following TMB colour development.
