Human FGF7/KGF ELISA Kit

Manufactured by Assay Genie for the quantitative measurement of Fibroblast Growth Factor 7, also known as Keratinocyte Growth Factor (KGF), this sandwich ELISA kit uses a double-antibody format with colorimetric readout. The assay is reactive with human samples and validated for serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid sample types.

Sensitivity is rated at 18.75 pg/mL, with a working range of 31.25–2000 pg/mL (1 ng = 520 mIU). Linearity across 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 dilutions spans 84–105% for serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma, while recovery averages between 91% and 97%. All reagents are stored at 2–8 °C and remain stable for 12 months.

The workflow includes reagent equilibration, primary incubation at 37 °C for 90 minutes, biotin-labelled detection antibody binding for 60 minutes, HRP-streptavidin binding for 30 minutes, TMB colour development in the dark for 10–20 minutes, and absorbance reading at 450 nm after stopping.
