The Human FGF-7 PharmaGenie ELISA Kit from Assay Genie quantifies Keratinocyte Growth Factor (KGF), a heparin-binding member of the fibroblast growth factor family that drives epithelial cell proliferation, branching morphogenesis, and re-epithelialisation in the skin, lung, and gastrointestinal mucosa.

Investigators studying idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis, chronic wound healing, psoriasis, mucosal barrier injury, or epithelial-mesenchymal cross-talk can apply the kit to cell culture supernatants, plasma, or serum; the matched antibody pair is human-specific, with no significant cross-reactivity against rat or mouse FGF-7.

Each pack ships as a complete 96-well microplate format with pre-coated wells, lyophilised recombinant standards, a biotinylated detection antibody, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, wash buffer concentrate, TMB substrate, and stop solution, and uses a 100 uL sample volume per well.
