Human FERMT3 (Fermitin family homolog 3) ELISA KIT (HUFI05231)

This colorimetric immunoassay from Assay Genie quantifies Fermitin family homolog 3 (FERMT3), also called kindlin-3, a focal adhesion protein that drives integrin inside-out activation and is required for stable leukocyte adhesion. Loss-of-function mutations affecting FERMT3 cause leukocyte adhesion deficiency type III, and the protein is a frequent research target in studies of hematopoietic cell signaling, platelet function, and neutrophil migration.

Each kit is supplied in a 96 Assays configuration with a pre-coated microplate, detection antibody, calibrated standards, and substrate solution.
