Human FER ELISA Kit (HUFI07901)

The FER (Fer tyrosine kinase) kit measures a non-receptor protein-tyrosine kinase implicated in cytoskeletal remodeling, cell-cycle progression, and receptor signaling downstream of cadherins and growth factor receptors. This Assay Genie plate-based assay targets endogenous human FER in clinical specimens, with quantitative readouts generated through the included standard curve. The protocol uses 100 µl of sample per well, and all reagents should be refrigerated at 4 °C with protection from light.

Each kit contains a pre-coated microplate, capture and detection antibodies, lyophilized standards, and substrate solution sufficient for one full plate run.
