Human FEM1C ELISA Kit (HUFI07899)

The Human FEM1C ELISA Kit from Assay Genie provides a quantitative immunoassay for measuring Fem-1 Homolog C protein in human serum and plasma samples. FEM1C engages the VHL-box motif to recruit substrates into the CUL2/VHL E3 ubiquitin ligase complex, with documented roles in apoptotic signaling, cell-cycle regulation, and differentiation programs. The capture antibody is specific for human FEM1C with no significant cross-reactivity against FEM1A or FEM1B paralogs.

Using a sample volume of 100 uL per well, the assay is run against a recombinant FEM1C standard curve and can be completed in approximately four hours. The kit contains a pre-coated microplate, lyophilized recombinant FEM1C standards, biotinylated detection antibody, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, wash concentrate, TMB substrate, and stop reagent.
