Human FECH/Ferrochelatase ELISA Kit

Spike-and-recovery values are reported as follows: serum 85–97% (average 94%), EDTA plasma 88–97% (average 96%), and heparin plasma 86–103% (average 92%), each with n = 5. Linearity upon serial dilution at 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 is 85–101% / 82–85% / 83–88% for serum, 81–100% / 87–100% / 85–101% for EDTA plasma, and 91–101% / 87–101% / 82–99% for heparin plasma (n = 5 per matrix).
