Human FCRL5/FcRH5 PharmaGenie ELISA Kit (SBRS0564)

FCRL5, also known as FcRH5, is a type I transmembrane glycoprotein of the Fc receptor-like family, preferentially expressed on mature B cells and markedly upregulated on malignant plasma cells in multiple myeloma. This PharmaGenie ELISA from Assay Genie quantifies human FCRL5/FcRH5 protein in cell culture supernatant, plasma, and serum specimens using a matched antibody pair immobilized on a microplate, with results read on a standard plate reader.

The capture and detection antibodies are human-specific, and the assay shows no significant cross-reactivity with related Fc receptor-like family members such as FCRL1, FCRL2, FCRL3, and FCRL4, supporting research applications in B-cell biology, chronic lymphocytic leukemia, lymphoma, and multiple myeloma. Reagents are supplied in single-use vials; reconstituted components should be stored refrigerated for short-term use or frozen at -20°C for longer shelf life. The protocol uses a 100 uL sample volume per well, with quantitative readouts calculated against the included standard curve.
