Human FCGR3B/CD16B ELISA Kit

A colorimetric Sandwich (Double Antibody) ELISA kit from Assay Genie is designed for the quantitative measurement of human FCGR3B (CD16b) in research samples. FCGR3B (CD16b) is a receptor involved in immune response, specifically in the activation of natural killer cells and neutrophils, and its dysregulation has been linked to autoimmune diseases, infectious diseases, and inflammatory conditions.

The assay is reactive with human samples and is validated for serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid sample types. Reported sensitivity is 9.375 pg/mL, with a working standard range of 15.625-1000 pg/mL. Detection is by TMB substrate color development, with absorbance read at 450 nm. The kit is stored at 2-8°C for 12 months.

Validation data supplied with the kit include linearity at dilutions of 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8 across serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma samples (n = 5 per matrix), with values ranging from 82-105%. Recovery across the same matrices is reported in the range of 89-103%, with average recovery between 93% and 96%.
