Human Fcgamma (Fc Fragment of IgG) ELISA Kit (HUFI03461)

Assay Genie's sandwich ELISA is designed for the quantitative measurement of Fc fragment of IgG (Fcgamma) levels in human samples, including serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. Built on a double-antibody sandwich format with colorimetric detection, the kit supports research into antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity, immune complex formation, and Fc fragment dysregulation associated with autoimmune diseases, inflammatory disorders, and infectious diseases.

Reported performance specifications include a sensitivity of 0.188 ng/mL and an assay range of 0.313–20 ng/mL. The kit is intended for use with human samples and is stored at 2–8°C for 12 months.

Validation data show linearity across serum (1:2 91–104%, 1:4 82–100%, 1:8 84–99%), EDTA plasma (1:2 97–105%, 1:4 90–100%, 1:8 83–90%), and heparin plasma (1:2 87–101%, 1:4 84–101%, 1:8 84–96%). Spike-and-recovery averages are 95% in serum, 97% in EDTA plasma, and 97% in heparin plasma, with corresponding ranges of 86–103%, 86–105%, and 85–104%. The workflow uses a biotinylated detection antibody, HRP-streptavidin conjugate, TMB substrate, and absorbance readout at 450 nm.
