Human FCAR/CD89 ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA with double-antibody design from Assay Genie enables quantitative measurement of FCAR (CD89) in human samples including serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. The kit uses colorimetric detection, with a sensitivity of 0.469 ng/mL and a working range of 0.781–50 ng/mL, and is stored at 2–8°C for 12 months. FCAR (CD89), a receptor protein involved in immune cell activation, is catalogued under UniProt P24071 (Gene ID 2204) and is also known by synonyms including FcaR, CD89 antigen, CD89IgA Fc receptor, Fc alpha receptor, Fc fragment of IgA receptor for, and immunoglobulin alpha Fc receptor.

The assay procedure involves equilibrating reagents and TMB substrate to room temperature, primary incubation at 37°C for 90 minutes, biotin-labeled detection antibody binding at 37°C for 60 minutes, HRP-Streptavidin (SABC) binding at 37°C for 30 minutes, TMB color development in the dark for 10–20 minutes, and absorbance measurement at 450 nm after adding stop solution.
