Human FBXW4 (F-box and WD repeat domain containing 4) ELISA Kit (HUFI04307)

This Assay Genie kit enables quantitative measurement of FBXW4 (also known as FBW4 or dactylin), a substrate-recognition component of the SCF E3 ubiquitin ligase complex responsible for tagging specific proteins with ubiquitin for proteasomal destruction. Loss-of-function mutations in FBXW4 are linked to split hand/foot malformation, making the protein a target for developmental biology and ubiquitin pathway research. Capture antibodies are pre-coated onto the included microplate, and the protocol uses sequential incubation steps with detection antibody and substrate solution, terminated by stop solution before absorbance reading. Each run requires a sample volume of 50 uL diluted into assay buffer before loading. Unopened kit components should be stored refrigerated and kept away from light; reconstituted standards are best aliquoted and held frozen to limit freeze-thaw damage.
