Human FBXO7 ELISA Kit (HUFI04301)

The FBXO7 protein (F-box only protein 7) is a substrate-recognition subunit of the SCF (Skp1-Cullin1-F-box) E3 ubiquitin ligase complex, directing target proteins toward ubiquitin-mediated proteasomal degradation. Loss-of-function mutations in the encoding gene are implicated in early-onset autosomal recessive parkinsonism (PARK15), while altered FBXO7 expression has been reported in studies of mitophagy and in selected tumor models. This quantitative ELISA from Assay Genie is supplied as a complete kit in a 96 Assays microplate format and uses a colorimetric read-out compatible with standard plate readers.
