The Assay Genie human FBXO45 immunoassay targets F-box/SPRY domain-containing protein 1, an F-box protein that serves as the substrate adaptor within SCF E3 ubiquitin ligase complexes. FBXO45 has been investigated in neuronal migration, hippocampal development, and regulation of substrates including p73 and NDE1, with altered expression reported in glioma, breast carcinoma, and hepatocellular carcinoma. Quantification of circulating FBXO45 supports studies on tumor biomarker panels and ubiquitin-proteasome pathway activity across patient cohorts and cell-line models.

The microplate-based kit provides 96 Assays and is supplied with pre-coated wells, calibrator, biotinylated detection reagent, buffers, substrate, and stop solution. Samples are added to the wells, followed by detection antibody and chromogenic substrate, then absorbance is read and FBXO45 concentrations interpolated from the standard curve.
