The Assay Genie Human FBXL16 ELISA Kit supports quantitative research on F-box and leucine-rich repeat protein 16, a substrate adaptor of the SCF E3 ubiquitin ligase complex that targets proteins for degradation. FBXL16 has emerged as a research target in hepatocellular carcinoma and other solid tumors, where dysregulated F-box protein expression contributes to aberrant cell proliferation and survival signaling.
