The 3.5-hour workflow runs on standard absorbance plate readers, pairing biotinylated detection antibody with streptavidin-HRP and a TMB substrate that turns yellow after the acidic stop reagent is added. Pre-coated 96-well microplate strips are supplied with wash buffer, diluents, plate covers, and a Bradford reagent vial for total-protein normalization, so cell-lysate or tissue-homogenate inputs can be loaded against a verified protein mass. Unopened kits can be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term use or at -20 degrees C for up to twelve months; once opened, the microplate, standard, biotinylated conjugate, and streptavidin-HRP should be moved to -20 degrees C while remaining buffer reagents stay at 4 degrees C, with freeze-thaw cycles limited to preserve antibody binding activity. The assay is configured for human reactivity in ELISA workflows and is restricted to in vitro research use only.
