Human FASTK (Fas-activated serine/threonine kinase) ELISA KIT (HUFI05244)

Configured for 96 reactions in a microplate layout, this chromogenic ELISA kit from Assay Genie provides quantitative measurement of endogenous human FASTK (Fas-activated serine/threonine kinase; UniProt Q14296; EC 2.7.11.8). FASTK is a 61 kDa mitochondrial-localized kinase phosphorylated downstream of Fas/CD95 receptor engagement, where it modulates apoptosis, mitochondrial RNA processing, and stress granule assembly through TIA-1 phosphorylation.

Because FASTK operates at the inner mitochondrial membrane and intersects non-canonical Fas signaling cascades, the kit is used to profile programmed cell death activity in T-cell activation studies, autoimmune biomarker screens, and mitochondrial gene-expression investigations in metabolic and neurodegenerative disease contexts. The kit is configured for a 100 uL sample volume per well, with pre-coated capture plates, lyophilized FASTK standards supplied in vials, biotinylated detection antibody, HRP-streptavidin conjugate, TMB substrate, stop solution, and wash buffer included to generate a standard curve. Intra-assay precision is reported at CV below 8% and inter-assay precision at CV below 10%.
