Human Fas Ligand/TNFSF6 SuperSet ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this DIY ELISA Kit is designed for the quantitative detection of human Fas Ligand (TNFSF6) using a colorimetric detection method. Reactive with human samples, the kit is suited to immunology and apoptosis-related research.

Suitable for serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatant samples, the assay uses a 100 µl sample volume. It offers a working range of 62.5 pg/ml – 2000 pg/ml and a sensitivity of 44 pg/ml, recognising both natural and recombinant soluble human Fas-Ligand with no cross-reactivity with other human soluble molecules. Total incubation from sample to end is 3h45.

Supplied reagents include capture and biotinylated detection antibodies, one standard per plate, Streptavidin-HRP, TMB substrate, and a detailed procedure including buffer composition. An accessory pack providing material for optimal performance over additional plates is available separately.
