Human Fas Ligand ELISpot Kit

The Human Fas Ligand ELISpot Kit from Assay Genie provides single-cell resolution quantification of cells actively secreting FASLG (TNFSF6), a type II transmembrane death ligand implicated in cytotoxic T cell and NK cell-mediated apoptosis, tumor immune evasion, and allograft tolerance studies. Pre-coated capture wells on the included microplate accept stimulated PBMC or splenocyte suspensions, allowing enumeration of antigen-specific secretors following a 24-48 hour in vitro restimulation. Each kit contains sufficient reagents for the stated number of assays, with a working sample volume of 100 µL per well and a chromogenic substrate for spot development. The capture antibody is human-specific, with no significant cross-reactivity reported against murine FasL, supporting clean discrimination in xenogeneic co-culture systems. Standard curve material spans the picogram per milliliter range, and detection sensitivity sits in the low single-digit pg/mL window.
