Human FANCD2 ELISA Kit (HUFI07914)

The FANCD2 protein is a key effector of the Fanconi anemia DNA repair pathway, and its monoubiquitination at Lys561 serves as a molecular marker of pathway activation following DNA crosslink damage and replication stress. This quantitative immunoassay from Assay Genie supports measurement of endogenous FANCD2 levels in human-derived specimens, enabling studies of genomic instability syndromes, BRCA1/BRCA2-deficient tumor biology, and mechanisms of acquired chemoresistance to crosslinking agents such as cisplatin and mitomycin C.

Each kit contains a pre-coated microplate, biotinylated detection antibody, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, lyophilized recombinant standards, wash concentrate, and TMB substrate. The protocol requires 100 µL of sample per well and is read on a standard microplate reader. Reconstituted standard and detection antibody vials should be aliquoted and stored frozen at -20 °C to limit freeze-thaw cycles; unused strip wells remain stable under refrigerated conditions inside the sealed foil pouch with desiccant.
