Human FAM29A ELISA Kit (HUFI04340)

This FAM29A quantitation kit from Assay Genie is intended for in vitro research measuring human FAM29A (also called HAUS8 and HICE1), a microtubule-associated augmin complex subunit studied in mitotic spindle assembly, centrosome function, and chromosome segregation. A human-specific capture antibody immobilized on the plate selectively binds FAM29A from prepared cell lysates and clarified specimens, with no significant cross-reactivity reported for unrelated mammalian homologues under standard assay conditions.

Researchers investigating cell cycle regulation, mitotic checkpoint fidelity, and cancer cell proliferation use this microplate-based ELISA to evaluate FAM29A expression in cultured human cell lines and primary tissue homogenates.
