Human FAM118B ELISA Kit (HUFI07926)

The Assay Genie Human FAM118B ELISA Kit enables quantitative measurement of FAM118B protein, a member of the FAM118 family studied in cellular biology, gene expression profiling, and biomarker discovery workflows. Each kit includes a pre-coated microplate, lyophilized recombinant standards, biotinylated detection antibody, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, wash buffer concentrate, TMB substrate, and stop reagent sufficient for a full plate run with duplicate wells.

The standard protocol uses 100 µL of prepared sample per well, followed by sequential incubation and wash steps, with absorbance readout on a standard microplate reader. Reconstituted reagents should be aliquoted and held at -20°C to limit freeze-thaw degradation, while unopened kits are kept refrigerated. The product is labeled for research use only and has not been validated for clinical diagnostic applications.
