Human FAIM3/Fas Apoptotic Inhibitory Molecule 3 ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA, double-antibody assay from Assay Genie intended for the quantitative detection of FAIM3 (Fas apoptotic inhibitory molecule 3) in human samples. Compatible sample types include serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. The assay uses a colorimetric detection format in which a biotin-labelled detection antibody and an HRP-Streptavidin conjugate (SABC) are combined with a TMB substrate, and the resulting signal is read as optical absorbance at 450 nm.

Validated linearity and recovery data are provided for serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma. Reagents are intended to be stored at 2-8°C (with the microplate and lyophilised standard additionally suitable for -20°C storage), and the kit is stated to remain stable for 12 months under the recommended conditions. It is designated for research use in the field of immunology.
