Human Factor Related Apoptosis Ligand (FASL) ELISA Kit

Fas Ligand (FASL) is a type-II transmembrane protein of the TNF superfamily that engages the Fas receptor (CD95) to initiate caspase-8–dependent apoptotic signaling. Quantifying its soluble, cleaved form is central to studies of cytotoxic T-cell and NK-cell activity, immune privilege, autoimmune disease models, tumor immune escape mechanisms, and chemotherapy-induced cell death.
