Human Factor 10 (Factor X) ELISA Kit

Factor X, also known as Stuart factor, is a key player in the blood coagulation pathway, playing a critical role in the conversion of prothrombin to thrombin. Dysregulation of Factor X has been linked to coagulation disorders such as hemophilia and thrombosis, highlighting its importance as a biomarker in studying these conditions.

Using a double-antibody sandwich format with colorimetric detection, the kit is validated for plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples, with serum also accepted according to the included preparation protocol. Reported sensitivity is 0.375 ng/mL with a detection range of 0.625-40 ng/mL. Linearity in EDTA plasma ranges from 82% to 101% across 1:2 to 1:8 dilutions, and in heparin plasma from 80% to 100%. Recovery in EDTA plasma averages 91% (range 85-102%) and in heparin plasma averages 94% (range 85-100%).
