Human FABP6 ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie recognizes Human FABP6 (gene names FABP6, ILBP, and ILLBP; UniProt P51161; Gene ID 2172). Target synonyms include Gastrotropin (GT), Fatty acid-binding protein 6, Ileal lipid-binding protein (ILBP), Intestinal 15 kDa protein (I-15P), and Intestinal bile acid-binding protein (I-BABP).

The kit uses colorimetric detection and is quantitative in nature. Compatible sample types are cell culture supernatants, plasma, and serum. Manufacturer specifications list a range of 1.64 ng/ml to 400 ng/ml and a sensitivity of 1.64 ng/ml, with a recommended dilution of 2 fold.
