The human F4/80 protein (encoded by the ADGRE1/EMR1 gene) is a cell-surface glycoprotein belonging to the adhesion-type G protein-coupled receptor family. It serves as a marker for macrophage lineage cells, though its expression pattern in humans is more restricted than in murine systems where the antigen was originally characterized.

This Assay Genie kit is configured to quantify human F4/80 in research samples, supporting studies in immunology, inflammation, and macrophage biology.
