Human F13b/Factor XIII B Polypeptide ELISA Kit

A colorimetric Sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie designed for the quantitative measurement of human Factor XIII B polypeptide (F13B) in serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. The kit uses a double-antibody sandwich format and reports a sensitivity of 0.188 ng/mL with an assay range of 0.313–20 ng/mL. Storage is recommended at 2–8°C for 12 months.

Validation data supplied by Assay Genie show linearity across serial dilutions for serum (85–98% at 1:2, 82–99% at 1:4, 81–94% at 1:8), EDTA plasma (81–98%, 82–101%, 84–96%), and heparin plasma (80–99%, 80–96%, 84–90%). Spike-and-recovery values are 97–104% (average 99%) for serum, 91–105% (average 98%) for EDTA plasma, and 91–102% (average 97%) for heparin plasma. The procedure uses a TMB substrate with primary incubation at 37°C for 90 minutes, biotin-labelled detection antibody for 60 minutes, HRP-streptavidin (SABC) for 30 minutes, and absorbance read at 450 nm.
