Human F13A/Factor XIII ELISA Kit

A colorimetric, double-antibody sandwich ELISA developed by Assay Genie for the quantitative measurement of human Factor XIII (F13A1), targeting protein in plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. The kit is intended for cardiovascular research and is designed to support work in hematology, vascular biology, and coagulation disorders, where Factor XIII is studied as a biomarker linked to bleeding and thrombotic conditions.

In validation studies, EDTA plasma samples showed linearity of 87-98% at a 1:4 dilution and 91-99% at 1:8, while heparin plasma samples showed 81-97% at 1:4 and 80-98% at 1:8. Spike-and-recovery testing gave an average of 93% in EDTA plasma (range 87-104%) and 92% in heparin plasma (range 87-98%).
