Human F12 (Coagulation Factor XII) ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA kit from Assay Genie for the precise quantification of human Coagulation Factor XII in serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. The assay uses a double-antibody, colorimetric workflow and reports a sensitivity of 1.875 ng/mL with a working range of 3.125-200 ng/mL. The kit is intended for human reactivity and is supplied for storage at 2-8°C for 12 months.

Coagulation Factor XII is a key protein in the blood clotting cascade and contributes to maintaining hemostasis. The protocol involves equilibrating reagents and TMB substrate, primary incubation at 37°C for 90 minutes, biotin-labelled detection antibody incubation for 60 minutes, HRP-Streptavidin binding for 30 minutes, TMB colour development in the dark for 10-20 minutes, and absorbance reading at 450 nm after stop solution addition.
