FBXO2 is an F-box protein subunit of the SCF ubiquitin ligase complex that recognizes high-mannose N-glycoproteins and targets them for proteasomal degradation. This sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie enables quantitative measurement of FBXO2 in human serum, plasma, and other biological fluids using a colorimetric detection method on a 96-well microplate format.
