Human EZH1 ELISA Kit (HUFI04367)

The Assay Genie human EZH1 immunoassay is a quantitative enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) developed to measure Enhancer of Zeste Homolog 1 (EZH1) concentrations in human serum or plasma biospecimens, with detection reactivity specific to the human EZH1 isoform and limited cross-reactivity toward rodent Ezh1. EZH1 is a catalytic subunit of Polycomb Repressive Complex 2 (PRC2) that mediates trimethylation of histone H3 at lysine 27 (H3K27me3), a chromatin modification linked to transcriptional repression. The protein participates in X-chromosome inactivation, embryonic development, hematopoietic lineage commitment, and has been implicated in prostate, breast, and hematological cancers.

Applied to epigenetics research, oncology biomarker studies, and translational investigations, this microplate-format kit supports reproducible absorbance-based quantitation across a standard curve with a dynamic range of 0.156–10 ng/mL EZH1. Samples should be handled refrigerated and protected from repeated freeze-thaw cycles to preserve EZH1 integrity; 100 µL of sample is recommended per well.
