Human EYA1 ELISA Kit (HUFI04363)

The Human EYA1 ELISA Kit from Assay Genie enables quantitative measurement of EYA1 (EYA Transcriptional Coactivator and Phosphatase 1) in human research samples. EYA1 is a dual-function phosphatase and transcriptional coactivator essential for embryonic organ development, and it is widely studied in Branchio-Oto-Renal (BOR) syndrome, sensorineural hearing loss, branchial arch morphogenesis, and renal induction research. Altered EYA1 expression is also actively investigated in breast and colorectal carcinoma studies, as well as in craniofacial patterning models.

The assay is supplied as a complete microplate-based kit with pre-coated wells, detection antibodies, calibrated standards, and substrate buffer. A typical sample volume of 100 µL per well is used, and the kit pairs well with downstream validation by western blot or immunohistochemistry in tissue sections.
