Human Extracellular sulfatase Sulf-2 (SULF2) ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie intended for the quantitative measurement of human Extracellular sulfatase Sulf-2 (SULF2) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. The kit uses a colorimetric detection method with absorbance read at 450 nm, and is validated for use with human samples.

The assay has a detection range of 0.312–20 ng/mL with a sensitivity of 0.21 ng/mL. Precision is reported as an intra-assay CV of 5.4% and an inter-assay CV of 9.5%. Dilutional linearity in serum (N=5) ranges from 87–125% across 1:2 to 1:16 dilutions, with EDTA plasma and heparin plasma values also reported across the same dilution series. Mean recovery is 104% for serum (range 98–110%) and 106% for plasma (range 100–112%). The kit specifically detects natural and recombinant human SULF2, corresponding to UniProt Q8IWU5 with a molecular weight of 100,156 Da.
