This Sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie targets human Exosome Component 7 (EXOSC7), a ~31 kDa subunit of the RNA exosome complex that mediates 3'-to-5' exoribonuclease activity in rRNA processing and mRNA quality control. The microplate is pre-coated with a human-specific capture antibody, and bound analyte is revealed through a colorimetric substrate read at 450 nm. Each well uses 100 uL of serum or plasma sample, with reconstituted standards and detection antibody stored at -20 degrees C and the unopened plate held at 2-8 degrees C.
