The Assay Genie Human Exhausted T Cell ELISA Sampler Kit delivers seven separate microplate immunoassays in one package, letting laboratories profile the inhibitory receptor landscape of chronically stimulated human T lymphocytes. Each of the seven strip plates runs 48 wells and targets a distinct co-inhibitory or exhaustion-associated protein on the cell surface, including markers such as PD-1, TIM-3, LAG-3 and TIGIT that define the dysfunctional T cell phenotype studied in tumour immunology, chronic viral infection and checkpoint blockade research.

Researchers receive antibody-coated 8-well strips, lyophilised recombinant standards, biotinylated detection reagent, streptavidin-HRP conjugate and TMB substrate for individual or parallel runs. Human-specific capture and detection antibodies are paired across each plate, with results interpolated from a seven-point standard curve generated per analyte. Reconstituted standards should be aliquoted and stored at -20 degrees C to limit freeze-thaw loss, while working-strength buffers remain stable at 4 degrees C for the duration of an experiment.
