The Assay Genie EWSR1 ELISA kit enables quantitative measurement of endogenous EWSR1 protein levels in human serum and plasma. EWSR1 is a multifunctional RNA-binding factor implicated in Ewing sarcoma and other translocation-associated sarcomas, where chromosomal rearrangements involving the EWSR1 locus on chromosome 22q12 generate oncogenic fusion transcripts. This research use only microplate-based immunoassay provides a colorimetric readout for studies of tumor biology, biomarker discovery, and characterization of fusion oncoproteins. The kit includes pre-coated 96-well strip plates, calibrated protein standards, biotinylated detection antibodies, and HRP-conjugated streptavidin with TMB substrate. A sample volume of 100 µL per well is recommended. Store unopened reagents at 2-8°C; reconstituted standards and biotinylated antibody should be aliquoted and frozen at -20°C to limit freeze-thaw cycles.
