Human Ewing's tumor-associated antigen 1 (ETAA1) ELISA Kit

A Sandwich ELISA kit from Assay Genie is intended for the quantitative detection of Ewing's tumor-associated antigen 1 (ETAA1), also referred to as Ewing's tumor-associated antigen 16 or ETAA16, in human samples. The kit is reactive with human ETAA1 and is suited to serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. Specificity is reported for natural and recombinant human ETAA1.

According to the manufacturer's specifications, the detection range is 78-5000pg/mL and the sensitivity is 41.3pg/mL. Intra-assay CV is 7.3% and inter-assay CV is 8.6%. Recovery averages 102% in serum (range 96-108%) and 104% in plasma (range 98-110%). Across dilutions from 1:2 to 1:16, linearity spans 97-117% in serum, 91-117% in EDTA plasma, and 93-119% in heparin plasma.

ETAA1 is described as a replication stress response protein that accumulates at DNA damage sites and supports replication fork progression and integrity. It is recruited to stalled replication forks through interaction with the RPA complex and directly stimulates ATR kinase activity independently of TOPBP1. The protein localises to the nucleus.
