The Assay Genie EVX1 quantitative immunoassay enables measurement of even-skipped homolog protein 1 in human biospecimens. EVX1 is a homeobox transcription factor linked to embryonic patterning, hindbrain segmentation, and limb bud morphogenesis, with growing research interest in developmental biology and oncology investigations.

This research use only ELISA kit is supplied with all components required for a complete microplate-based workflow. Capture antibody is pre-coated on a strip plate; samples, standards, and detection reagents are added sequentially with a chromogenic substrate producing absorbance proportional to EVX1 concentration. Each kit contains one plate sufficient for 96 determinations arranged in removable strips for flexible experimental design.

Store unopened kit components refrigerated at 4°C, protected from light. Allow reagents to reach room temperature before use. Reconstituted standards and prepared samples should be aliquoted to minimize repeated freeze-thaw cycles. Reagent stability is maintained through cold-chain shipping on insulated packs.

Validated for serum sample analysis and plasma sample analysis in translational research. Reactivity has been confirmed for human EVX1, with the assay intended for measurement of the human isoform in cell lysates, tissue homogenates, and bodily fluids. Applications include investigation of transcription factor expression in neurological and developmental disease models, biomarker profiling, and quantitative studies in molecular biology and cell biology workflows requiring reproducible data.
