Envoplakin (EVPL) is a plakin-family structural protein that anchors keratin intermediate filaments to desmosomal plaques and contributes to assembly of the cornified envelope in terminally differentiating keratinocytes. This Assay Genie immunoassay enables quantitative detection of EVPL in clinical and research specimens, supporting dermatology, epidermal barrier, and epithelial biology studies including investigations of pemphigus and other keratinocyte-related autoimmune conditions.

The kit is provided as a complete package containing a pre-coated microplate, lyophilized reference standards, biotinylated detection antibody, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, wash buffer concentrate, substrate, stop solution, and a printed protocol insert.
